We want the content you submit to be respectful of others and the law. Therefore, we invite you to consider this aspect before publishing your photographs. Content that is offensive, illegal and/or violates intellectual property rights may be subject to review and removal at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights
Prestige Magnets values ​​your work and supports your freedom to express ideas and thoughts. We ask that you respect the work and creative rights of others. You must own the content you submit to Prestige Magnets, or have the rights to use and display it. Content must comply with laws regarding rights of publicity, trademarks, and copyrights.

Illegal Content
Content that includes child pornography will be removed. We do not tolerate obscene content, nor content that depicts, promotes or glorifies crimes, illegal or harmful activities, terrorism and/or individuals, groups or organizations that support such actions.

Hateful Content
Prestige Magnets is proud to serve customers throughout Italy and promotes values ​​of tolerance, understanding and respect. We do not accept content that expresses hatred or aggression towards people, groups and/or their protected characteristics, such as age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion or disability. Such content is not allowed on our site, as it does not reflect the values ​​of Prestige Magnets. Additionally, we reserve the right to block content that:

  • Promote or praise individuals, groups or organizations that incite hatred or engage in intentional harmful activities.
  • They support crimes associated with hatred, violence, discrimination or intolerance.
  • They spread harmful and false information that can lead to violence or threaten public health and safety.
  • They represent violent events; these will be evaluated based on their educational or artistic expressive value and must not be used to promote, glorify or trivialize acts of violence.
